First off, in as far as customer service goes, Jasmine is amazing! She answers emails and messages so quickly. I also called her on the phone several times asking for help in my installation and she was always so pleasant, helpful and positive. As for the membrane, I followed instructions given by Jasmine and in the videos and literature, so far, so good! But it’s only been a month with a few rains, no leaks, I hope this does work for many years to come! But finished product overall looks good, love the sheen and the feel of it. Well worth the money!

Jasmine did call me back with advice on how to mix the product when more than half of part 2 leaked during shipping. I was able to apply one coat with what I had left. However, I was ghosted and had no response to my emails regarding how to get the other half of the product that should have arrived. I still want to apply the entire product I paid for. I will again get on here, and many other review sites, to update my experience with Remedial Membranes and the success of only one coat on the shower floor. (I Didn’t have enough to apply the non-slip coat either) The directions that come with the product are very limited, and the overly printed copy is hard to read.

I left the above review and I do need to update my opinion of customer service. Jasmine did reach out to me and the company sent me the additional missing part to the original product, which was missing, to make it right. I appreciate that! I will get back on here and up my stars to 5 if the product stands the test of time with the second coat. Also, the company must improve their written blurry instructions and sketchy directions that arrive with the product. Fortunately, I did have a contractor, that had taken their classes, that advised me. It isn’t that hard or complicated. It just needs to have measurements and more clearly defined instructions. Most handy people could do it easily and should not require a video/certification class jus well-written, clear directions.
I will update this on how it holds up 🙂 Again thank you Remedial Membranes for the additional product and for reaching out.
